"Not a Lot to Pick From"
The selection was disappointing. I was expecting more options, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. How are you supposed to find something you like when the choices are that limited?

"Descriptions didn’t really answer my questions"
I was trying to shop around, but the product pages just didn’t give me enough to go on. The descriptions felt thin and skipped basic stuff I wanted to know, like the exact shade color, cord details, or what actually comes in the box. I also noticed some of the info seemed copied across different items, and that part was weird. By the end, I still felt like I was guessing, so I ended up leaving without ordering.

"Shopping for a lamp shouldn’t be this much work"
I was just trying to find a lamp, but using the site felt like way more effort than it should’ve been. The pages were loading super slowly, and every time I tried to narrow things down, the filters kept resetting. After dealing with it for a while, I got frustrated and gave up without buying anything.

"Felt cheap and didn’t last"
I wasn’t happy with this lamp. It looked fine in the pictures. But in person, it felt cheap. One piece was already loose when it arrived. After a few days, it stopped working right. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Showed up damaged and wasn’t worth the hassle"
The box was completely wrecked when it arrived, and the packaging was terrible. The lamp shade came out bent, so now I have to deal with fixing or returning it, which just feels like a waste of energy for something that should’ve arrived in decent shape.

"Returning this lamp has been so frustrating"
I sent the lamp back weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund. Every time I contact support, I get the same vague response with no real update. It’s been really frustrating, and at this point I just feel disappointed and tired of chasing something that should’ve been handled already

"Got the wrong lamp somehow"
I ordered a brushed nickel lamp, but when I opened the box it was a black one instead. The weird part is the packing slip had my correct order info, so it seems like the mix-up happened when they were pulling or packing the item. I always notice that kind of stuff because there’s usually a little pattern to where things go wrong. Now I have to go through the return process, which is annoying

"Why say it’s in stock if it isn’t?"
The stock info was what annoyed me the most. I found a lamp I liked, the site made it look like it was available, so I went ahead and ordered it. Then after all that, surprise, it wasn’t actually in stock. Like… why not just say that upfront? I could’ve saved myself the time and started looking somewhere else from the beginning. Instead it turned into this weird little hassle that felt way messier than it needed to be.

"The box arrived crushed and half open..."
The box arrived crushed and half open, so I already had a bad feeling when I saw it. Sure enough, the lamp shade was bent and the base had scratches, with pretty much no padding inside to protect it. After waiting over a week for it to arrive, I was really expecting a faster response and better handling overall. Frustrating experience

"Too expensive for basic lamps"
I went in hoping the prices wouldn’t seem so bad once I actually looked around, but they still felt high for what seemed like basic lamps. A few pieces were nice, and I can't say they weren't decent looking, but not enough to justify the price tags.

I ended up finding similar stuff elsewhere for less, so the value just wasn’t really there for me. It’s not like there wasn’t anything good, but I probably wouldn’t make it my first choice next time.

"I ordered a lamp and just had a..."
I ordered a lamp and just had a quick question about the shade size, but it took customer service a few days to reply. When they finally did, the answer was so short that it didn’t really help or make things any clearer.

I ended up emailing again and felt like I was chasing them for basic info. The lamp itself turned out fine, but the slow replies and lack of guidance made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.
